I don't know if any

institution in the US would take any bid from GTEM seriously so long the company is sporting the equivalent of a "scarlet letter".The SEC stuff is weighing heavily on everything the company does. That'll have to be resolved before we see any real progress in the PPS.

If the SEC results are positive (or at least not negative), the tort actions will wither. Don't expect any positive announcement from the SEC, however. At best, you'll most likely hear nothing from them. The company might make a statement suggesting they're off the hook, though.
