alm2, Thanks for following up on this important subject right now.

All we want is for the court to allow Marjac to argue the case before the Judges. If that happens - and we still should loose - I think most of us can live with that.

Glad you say 'Its the Merits/Arguments that count in the end for the Courts'. Somewhat assuring at this point.
