Jasbg, I saw your email to company IR requesting that KM author a press release indicating that Amarin support’s Marjac’s rule 60/24 case he is bringing.
Do we have any legal opinions that think that it would satisfy the court in terms of standing to let the case proceed? I know that Eight has offered his opinion that it would not be enough to sway the court but I don’t believe I have read other opinions on this.
Hopefully we have put in a bottom and that there is some unforeseen event that turns market sentiment for Amarin positive.
