You subtract one of those blocks. They always double print the first trade when the market officially opens. Before 9:30 is pre-market, 38,359 was double printed, and is considered the opening price!

One other thing,
The action so far indicates two things to me.

One the price only goes up with new blood and revenue news.3
The same folks who cap are finding it harder and harder to do each week. It won't take much attention from the tech press now to bring in the new blood, but whether it will happen in the next ten days or the next ten weeks is a guessing game.

Now I'd just like a revenue suprise announced before the webcast next Monday.
