The same settlement would apply to R; R agrees to dismiss its antitrust suit in D.N.J. Have not figured a way to get rid of labor union suits yet, except Amarin might agree to supply union members with the Vascepa from inventory that soon will increase in size. The settlement really does not differ that much from what TEVA agreed to.
