North Dr R has no reason to settle. They are not being sued and if H exits the CVD market Dr R would purchase all the excess gV inventory and replace EVERY Rx that H would lose. Dr R would profit immensely from H settlement. Amarin market share wouldn’t change either. Amarin has nothing to gain from settling. They only benefit from a ruling that finds that what the generics are doing or what the insurance company is doing is illegal and can be held responsible. Your the lawyer, why would Amarin settle?
