They're looking at and for improperly issued shares. Lawyers are scrutinizing share deals old managements have done and if found to be improperly done there is potential for them to be canceled.
I didn't get to listen to the oclg call but did on jpex and ilst and it's being handled the same across all tickers.
Can half of the os of oclg be canceled? I don't know. Even if they only cancel the restricted oclg will be in a very good place.
Oclg and ilst are to be considered very strong holds imo
