No matter how much 'many here beats' on JT's leadership - what brought him down were Judge Du. Had Amarin won that trial - JT would have been still valued a Grand Leader.
Postes has the serious point (in hindsight) - why didn't' JT settle - and I'm sure he himself today regret that he didn't. But truth is that big majority of Bio experts - expressed that it was a case that Amarin 'Could not Loose'. So JT followed that road. -----------------
Only hope for the whole idea of protecting scientific research and development - from being stolen by the 'Cynical Hyenas' of this world (which are everywhere) - is that Marjac's Case are aloud to Court - and he gets the 6 patens Restored.
When that happens (and it will - has to) smaller Bio companies - like Amarin - will again dare to 'research in the expensive long-term trials' - that is necessary for 'real trustworthy progress' in the Bio business.
