I think the same is true about the sale of rights to Eddingharm, that
was another BOD connection. One has to wonder if these these deals are
done not so much for the benefit of shareholders as much as they are for
the benefit of individual BOD members. JT was way out of his league in
attempting to play the role of a BP CEO and caused much damage as a
result.
