The size of this demands accountability. The amount of money being "managed" is HUGE.
If asked, who among those involved would report personal satisfaction with the process? No one, imo.
Therefore we have an opportunity to practice good citizenship and financial responsibility by pursuing a full explanation for the time passing with no clear end insight.
What happened and what is happening about distribution?
I wish there was an accomplished, wealthy attorney that is a huge escrows holder. That has had enough. And decides to get involved in getting some answers. I would hope the hedge funds holding escrows would have that in mind, as well.
