Did you speak directly with the company ? Or how about the sec ? Since they are the ones who approve the form 10 . OTC has nothing to do with the form 10 . And they spell it out in the response . Key word CURRENT. SMH what a hoot .

The 60 days has to do with the SEC and when it is considered “effective”. It has nothing to do with what the OTC is doing with their tiers.


Question: A company files a Form 10 registration statement to register a class of equity securities under Section 12(g). This registration statement will become effective automatically 60 days after it is filed with the Commission. If the registration statement is selected for review by the Commission’s staff, is the company still required to file periodic and current reports?

Answer: Yes. Once the Section 12(g) registration statement becomes effective, the company is subject to Exchange Act reporting obligations, including the filing of periodic and current reports. The fact that the staff has selected the registration statement for review, or that the review is not completed at the time of effectiveness, does not relieve the company of these obligations. sarrastro1, with how long it takes to get current...

I am in another company/stock that went to the grey sheets on Sep 28, 2021 and then later filed their required SEC filings/financials on that same day (Sep 28, 2021) and then was granted to being current the very next day on Sep 29, 2021.

So, I suspect that all GVSI has to do is simply get their SEC filings done and they will probably go to being current within OTC Markets very soon afterwards. Being a SEC fully reporting company filing with the SEC allows them to dance to the beat of a different drum versus those stocks that exist under the Alternative Reporting Standard. I still trust that we will be fine here. Those that panicked will be back in my opinion.
