Well, kinda agree.

Not all is speculation. We know Stan sold $MTRT. We know management at Medium is management at $MTRT. We know Stan held 10% or more on the commons.

We can surmise Stan still holds those share, as his name was added to the "insiders" list just last week. We can surmise Medium still holds controlling shares, one way or another (either commons or restricted).
