Window dressing? Did you read his bio? Have you seen his accomplishments? Have you read which boards he is also on? Do you know how big business networking works?
And in regards to future acquisitions- Brian (again) CLEARLY stated last night in the VIP Presentation that any future mergers and acquisitions will be paid for with his shares.
