Um yeah I read his bio. That’s why I called it window dressing. Parade around their “dream team” advisors. Remember all the hoopla about Rob Luna? Well what happened to all that? Well given they have probably maxed out the A/S once those preferred shares convert guess he has two options - give away some of his shares or raise the A/S again.
Henry Kissinger, Jim Mattis, David Boies, George Schultz... were on the Board of Directors for Theranos and that didn't work out very well.
I am curious if Schulte knows that HUMBL isn't an SEC filer and their much touted App isn't functional - and the soon to be bloated O/S because of the Preferred Shares.
