I'm a pretty fair singer. I started playing a guitar, to accompany myself. Along came karaoke and I gave my guitar to my 10 yo grand son.

In a couple of months he was hammering out music. He started his own band and was doing pretty well, until he married and had kids. He knew the life of a musician & a family life rarely worked, so he stopped playing, professionally.

It's a long story but he still has a hand in music..

Hold it! I knew a member of the Fleetwoods, Gary Troxel. Our daughters were best friends. He had 4 kids and appeared to be the perfect Dad.

Conway Twitty's two little girls were in my wife's Brownie Troop. When he was at home, you would never guess he was The Conway Twitty.
