EEGI - Accusations without proof is just accusations.

Seems to be a ramped trend.

Something said over and over and over does not make it fact without proof.

Maybe some proof of those accusations would help the case in question.

EEGI - This pretty much says it all....

The case was dismissed, so NO ONE paid a judgement.

But someone probably paid a hefty settlement fee to avoid having to pay a much larger judgment if found liable in court and assessed punitive damages.

Where are the settlement papers if there are any? Seems more like opinion. Any settlement papers to share? Anything actual factual about actually paying a settlement?

Repetition still does not make something factual.
