Do some legal DD.

The case was dismissed, so NO ONE paid a judgement.

But someone probably paid a hefty settlement fee to avoid having to pay a much larger judgment if found liable in court and assessed punitive damages.

The fact that Steve-o didn't pay a judgment is NOT proof he didn't misappropriate $120,000.

We know he's dishonest and lied to investors. He should be charged with fraud just for that.
