yeah kinda always wonder how solinaires so easily gloss over the , well we know its not a scam , before they move on to their point--which more often than not is some aspect of how soli is acting like a scam--unreal--

I based my statement based on these facts:

1. It has been verified that the Virginia office is in use and occupied by a number of employees during work hours, including persons who are recognizable as CareClix management.

2. They have been adding contracts in both government and private sectors, as announced, not by CareClix, but by those entities.

3. They have a large contract sales staff and keep adding.

All research indicates the company is growing and providing telehealth services to their customers. Ergo, the company, itself, is not a scam.

What the company's management is doing with the company's assets, and what plans they might have that may affect minority shareholders is another matter completely. If we had all the facts in that regard, we would not be doing what we are doing.
