In reference to patent ownership, the USPTO is what to go by. The licensing agreement with IMMB was suspended a few months ago. This case, as far as I’m concerned, is in regards to restricted shares being forfeited for non performance by Savov.

I saw a TV show where Savov said he and he alone owned ITV-1 and I believe someone on here posted it about 8 months ago. It might have be longer but i always thought that it was strange that the company never said anything about it.
