Isn't he responsible for shareholders getting something tangible?
How does he know if it's tangible, from a website? It's a 2.5 hour drive, go see it with your own eyes, then finish the deal.
As a shareholder, would you want to know he's confirmed what shareholders are getting?
My opinion, but ok if you don't agree Dino. I am in agreement with you on a PR, so maybe after inspection he'll give us one. Of course, I understand the apprehension.
