It's interesting to note that eCarfly is inactive (see a.)

Also very interesting is the fact that eCarfly changed its name to Complete Auto Inc. on 4/17/06 PRIOR to Avalon 5/06 and Ergonomics 7/06.

I didn't make this stuff up, nor did I use someone elses research.

This took less than 10 minutes to research. All public records.

I assumed you long time share holders knew all this information prior to buying your positions.

I found this info the day after I asked this board for recommendations as to entry point.

My interpretation of the information is either poor management or a scheme.

So, I decided not to get involved. I am not telling anyone what to do, only expression why I didn't get involved.
