Yeah, investor's need to do due diligence, especially moreso
with small cap stocks....
GH BK is a different story, though....
Bankruptcy Discharge, in time and reorganizing happening....
BTW
BK discharge could take between 4-6 months
to completely close.... That still doesn't stop MAXD from moving forward!!!!

This is finally happening, after a year....
