I think that what you are saying makes sense.
I was involved with another penny stock where
the Ceo cheated and gave false prs about sales
that never happened. He stole money falsely claiming
it was his salary as well as sold stock illegally.
He was convicted of felony and fined over 500m
dollars.And to never ever to participate in any stock doings
However the company was given a pass by sec and is going forward.
I am assuming that this will happen here. The stockholders
are not at fault for our guys lies and cheating.
