it's been an SHIT SHOW with etrade and tda making up whatever they want for rules. otcmarkets stressed to the max with no way of getting them all across the finish line. might be end of good 000's... it's going to be way different that is for sure! these lazy assed otc ceo's stay up on their filings that'll be the day.

I haven’t seen people calling otc obsolete. I thought if anything the new rules would bring more legitimacy to otc and we’d see the gray market become what the otc used to be.
