I don’t understand the fixation on taxes?? They will be what they will be. A buyout doesn’t minimize your ability to reinvest your profits. After paying your taxes invest in the buying company. I’ve thought through this for some time now and you can dodge the tax man. I’d be freaking thrilled to pay the tax man 2 million dollars in tax $$.
I agree th for those reasons too. But also having the company loose its potential value over time. Just like those other disruptive stocks like google, amazon, tesla, and what could be a more junior size, but no less important, Lightwave
