I don’t understand the fixation on taxes?? They will be what they will be.
A buyout doesn’t minimize your ability to reinvest your profits. After paying your taxes invest in the buying company. I’ve thought through this for some time now and you can dodge the tax man.
I’d be freaking thrilled to pay the tax man 2 million dollars in tax $$.
