you're correct and just watch the trading and volume. there is no doubt the trade will be tricky as all hell with that 500m float... imo if you see any dip at all grab it. think you're also right about the .30 especially if you nix 700m of the restricted out of the os. if cubv can have a future os of around 2b after a majority of the restricted are nixed then the gates open wide with possibilities.

will the deal finalize next week? imo there is a damn good chance it does. the newly hired securities lawyer just has to set up the share exchange for the change of control by issuing lilac preferred shares. sign on the dotted line!

cubv did not let it be known it was lilac until after the audit... that tells me the deal relied on the audit's outcome. from the lilac tweet nothing was found and the DEAL pressed into its final stage.
