At some point, investors who are holding are not going to take the chance to wait till the last minute, My guess is right after labor day we will see shareholders running for the exits.

They have till Friday to comply. After Friday, ETrade halts buying on this stock once the stop sign goes back up for non-current information, which doesn't take a long time. The volume is already poor. How many people will be buying when buying is halted by ETrade. There are not enough morons out there to buy stock under those conditions to move the PPS upward.

I agree, but if it was me I would be working it hard as multiple deadlines are coming and shareholders have no confidence in this management team getting something accomplished!
