Like I said before management did not hire this Lawyer to add up ZERO's ....they hired him for a merger....so why not do it all at once (2nd quarter filings and merger) ..... they have another month to comply with new OTC rules..........when they comply you will see 2nd quarter filings including merger and Lawyer letter .....
