EIA chart is of energy consumption. Barron refers to PRODUCTION. I haven't looked for production pie chart but perhaps that can explain the difference.
I subscribe to Barron's and it's 90% drivel. That's not a condemnation of Barron's, most publications are 100% drivel. One just has to take the time to work through the nonsense to find the occasional good idea. Life is like that. If it was easy to recognize drivel we'd have to compete with everyone.
