"IHUB board owns a large percentage." Average IHUBer doesn't have two nickels, much like the average Robinhood trader.

"The average Robinhood user is 31 years old and has a median $240 account balance."

https://www.marketwatch.com/story/the-most-frequently-asked-questions-posed-by-robinhood-traders-reveal-new-type-of-uninformed-equity-market-participant-11615343610

and "Based on Robinhood's securities filing, it is possible to back into a current average account size of $4,500."

You think the Dow's and S&P's record highs are fake? Perhaps you'd join the prosperity if you stopped buying obvious junk.

My quality stocks have been soaring for years and raising dividends too. I've yet to have a dividend check bounce.

Corruption? Here's the dividend history of just one of my blue chips? This rock solid NASDAQ stock has been a >10-bagger for me and my family.

It's called Capitalism and your math is off.

more than 100% of outstanding is owned by institutions

Yes institutions own a lot of stocks. And if you have a 401K account or IRA they are probably managed by those institutions.

Woe is me those institutions are making money for me.

I don't know what stock you are talking about, but most of the data used to figure institutional holdings is neither current, nor always accurate.

Institutions don't report their holdings daily, so the numbers can be off by months. A lot can happen during that time period.

Also, a lot of times they double count. They (as in the AI or software used to scrape the information from EDGAR) may see the filing from both the parent, or manager, of a fund and the fund itself. They only have the 1 set of holdings, but two filings, so it gets double counted.

If you understand how the market, and the regulations, work, you won't somehow feel it is rigged. That is a common belief among the ignorant.
