All suits will be a loss. Scotus was truly the last stop and we lost. Scotus left us Lamberth as a token.

I don’t know how else to get thru to the board. During initial Scotus hearing we jumped to $3’s but dropped right back down to $2’s then never able to go back up and not able to hold any gains. Sideways until the 50% drop after scotus. From there we dropped another 30% and there’s no sign of stopping.

It’s over!

But why can't one lawyer on the face of the Earth be found that would want to file a class action suit against the FHFA for failure of fiduciary? Not only were they a failure as a conservator but a miserable failure! The facts would be so clear, an elementary school student could win the case. All that need be asked is where are the conserved and preserved funds and how much does that total?
The government CAN'T answer those questions, thus a failure to carry out the duties of a conservator.
