If a lawyer won't file a class action, I know a guy who can. He is also a fnf long time shareholder. Maybe you guys ask him and team up. This guy have stone cold balls dealing with Lehman Brothers.
Call him up and lets ban together and get a class action going.
But why can't one lawyer on the face of the Earth be found that would want to file a class action suit against the FHFA for failure of fiduciary?
That has already been tried, many times. Three different judges said that FHFA has no fiduciary duty to shareholders.
The Supreme Court went even further, saying that since HERA allows FHFA to take actions that are in the best interests of the Agency, FHFA doesn't even have a fiduciary duty to the companies either.
