You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. Lamberth and Schwarz were both waiting on the scotus blue print, so those two are gone. All of the other lesser suits in the lowers will follow suit.

amelia - What did SCOTUS actually rule? It ruled against Collins argument that since the Director of FHFA couldn't be fired, at will, by the President, actions taken by the Director are illegal. They are legal.

Thanks to Mnuchin, SCOTUS also ruled that every citizen has the right to sue FHFA for takings, even during conservatorship. Other cases are going to proceed.
