No. Not even close, good lord. My HS bio teacher would know better than that. It binds to other receptors. It has a lower S1 affinity than many other known S1 ligands, and lower selectivity. And the molecule itself gets metabolized.

(For those who want comfort: it does appear to have few side effects. And it appears to be therapeutic and a great potential CNS drug.)
