I’d say it’s about time for them to break the silence and tell their investors some news...

It’s been over a year since they said anything and they should probably inform us why they decided they needed to sell shares.

Why advertise for more investors when you’ve left your old investors in the dark for quite some time.

It’s not like they are giving updates and we just aren’t happy with them, no, they are just not giving updates at all..

Kinda annoying when the investor is the only thing keeping a company afloat in pink sheets/etc

I hate to ask, but is there some other way to make a "DIRECT INVESTMENT" in the company that doesn't involve owning stock shares?

Could they mean, for instance, buying (or leasing) property and paying for the building of new restaurants, including buying all of the internal necessities, where such a 'direct investor' would license the "Illegal Burger" rights, but otherwise own the store -- and ownership risk -- outright (=no stock shares involved)?
