This is not true, I signed up for the investor kit and newsletter at that link several months ago. On Sat Aug 6th they sent out a mass newsletter with a link to schedule a call with a WCVC executive to discuss opportunities. The email states they are looking for people who are interested in making a DIRECT INVESTMENT with the company.
