Thank you for that reply and info! Their previous info is all based on mouse studies. Went from p1 to p3. Peter has done some analysis on the limited results out there so far. They have a "winterlight" assessment that showed really good results.
Will they pass for AD...not sure. They have doctors and nero-scientist backing them over on twits (person was actually at AAIC to hear all the results). They have a p3 sub study for periodontal disease (so more then 1 shot at goal November).
If they are right, I've been looking at it as... OK they stop the disease causing the mess and 2-73 fixes and puts everything back in homeostasis.
I don't gather from the Data that CRTX can reverse or improve symptoms that have already formed. I also don't see the infection being the sole cause, more or less just another contributing factor. If that turns out to be correct, couldn't these 2 drugs complement each other?
If I was SAVA, I'd be more nervous as their approach is downstream from 2 competitors who will report data first.
