Whats going on in September?

I'm hoping that the "rush to exit" is not part of their plan. But, how would we know till it happens? Most of us longs have been waiting for years but that time is almost upon us.

This has been a dirty shell from it's birth, 17 years ago and has never been current.

2012 They claimed to have secured Private Placement of Equity and Debt in Colombia for up to 68 Million Dollars. With no changes to share structure.

2013 They claim to have completed the first round of funding and land purchase.

2014 They announce a wonderful contract for production.

2015 They double up on the first contract for production. Sign a contract to build the plant and get the permits.

Then it goes 3.5 years of crickets and in 2019 they thank you for your support, tell you about some fabulous projects their working on that moves the cart so far out in front of the horse, that the horse gets lost. And still, not one speck of dirt has been disturbed to build the plant that was supposed to have been done between 2015 - 2017.

28 more months of crickets later, your hoping they'll somehow get caught up on their filings?

The only natural gas this company ever has & ever will produce, comes out of their back sides.

If I were holding this stock, I would get out while I still could.
