I Happen to actually be in the midstream construction space.

Procurement contracts for construction cannot be delayed like this once the money is ear marked for a project.

This “company” is not an example of how the midstream construction space works.

Plus, midstream construction, no matter if it’s LNG, compressor stations, tank batteries, gas plants, etc. Do not depend on commodity prices as much as operators or service companies do. The project gets approved, the funds are appropriated and the Plant gets built regardless of oil or gas prices.

This whole think stinks more than a flare stack in the Permian !!
