Your right. It doesn’t make sense. According to most here everything will always happen tomorrow. Unless of course it doesn’t. Then it should be the next day and so on.
I believe all the 10-Q reports were prepared in advance of the audit for the 10-K report being completed by the accounting firm BF Borgers. Once that was done then the next task at hand by BF Borgers was to start reviewing those 10-Q quarterly reports, which they are able to review very quickly in a matter of days. It may be that they just finished their review of the three 10-Q's that were released yesterday on the day before... and now they will probably be close to finishing the review of the remaining two 10-Qs for the 1st and 2nd quarter reports of FY2021 and the company will probably be able to release those today or early next week Monday or Tuesday. But it will be great if they are ready to release today! Hope this helps... Stay tuned! :-)
