But didn't it just take them 6 weeks to get the 2020 annual and quarterlies done? Why should we get 2 quarterlies for 2021 the very next day, or in the next couple days? It doesn't really make sense. If they were all done, why didn't they just file them all today?

Just playing Devil's advocate here. I am long and haven't sold a share.
