They did not „correct any share count“, because the share count was never incorrect.

They simply announced a buy back of shares from KKR.

I have little time for a message from between the Arabian Gulf and the Indian Ocean (safety is the first choice).
I read that KKR is no longer part of WMIH as a partner.
I think this is a great and pleasant news for us ESCROW holders.
This also means that the external values of the daughter banks and non-banks of WMI will NOT go back to the WMIH/COOP company, but will be distributed to the old holders.
If this were not the case, KKR would not have sold all its shares to WMIH/COOP as of today.
I believe that AZCOWBOY is absolutely right about both the old holders and the COOP that will flourish.
ERGO: The hope of a resolution for us ESCROW holders is rushing closer.
