Do they have to go through the whole stock buy back for the Cusips payments or has one nothing to do with the other?

Really, the writing was on the wall…KKr was going to get part, majority or all of the 500 million designated for the buy back…share restructuring what a laugh…….you can not make this crap up……I guess the earnings meeting was full of crap…..tell the truth…. Simple……creative accounting with the trusts coming soon…

Is there any way they could use the debt collateral(which they already have used), without paying us the interest on it?

Is it a done deal and we just need to wait because no one knows when? Or?
