Did they just dilute 100 Million Shares? From January I had written down 5.8Bill OS and 4.5 Bill Float...now it shows 5.9Bill OS and 4.7Bill Float

PS: Is there an easy way to check on when company dilutes other than comparing what I wrote down on paper back in Jan?
