Ok, fair enough. Let's clarify.

There are 7 Volumes of the Trial Transcript, totaling 2325 pages. The Trial Transcript is the transcription of the trial which took place in Judge Du's courtroom in January, 2020.

The Volume where we start with Volume IV, page 111622, is the Appellate Appendix which consists of the record on Appeal. So instead of re-filing the entire record, we are seeking to rely on the record already on file, and then add the recent filings to it.
