7 volumes and your appendix starts at volume 4, pg 111,612 - how do you get to that page count if each volume is only 350 pages? Even assuming it's Singer's Appendix, which is what I think you're trying to say, you still start on vol 4 at 111,000 pgs, so the Appendix must be close to 140k pgs, else Vols 5-7 contain nothing.

All that aside - appears you're saying Covington should have had a clear idea how Hikma would attack but still weren't prepared for it - pretty damning IMO.
