VGTL - LOI in place with a merger co. Pushing for a fast closing ahead of OTC Aug 28 deadline. We should by all accounts meet the deadline.

PREC moving up slowly, but surely. With the new management and LOI on the table on VGTL PREC will abandon the acquisition of VGTL assets and look for other similar opportunities. Low floater real business and an exotic car lovers paradise.

It doesn't say anything about PRESC abandoning the merger but abandoning the assets of VGTL.

Maybe they are just taking the shell?

On another note; if they were abandoning the merger maybe VGTL has another merger lined up.

That would be a question for M*** M**.
