Three days ago the new management
M*** M** Group tweeted that They are putting out an 8K for VGTL that hasn’t happened yet shareholders are still waiting for it. In the meantime the new management sent out a news release to subscribers.

VGTL - LOI in place with a merger co. Pushing for a fast closing ahead of OTC Aug 28 deadline. We should by all accounts meet the deadline.

They also sent out a news release for PREC indicating that they have abandon the acquisition of VGTL.

PREC moving up slowly, but surely. With the new management and LOI on the table on VGTL PREC will abandon the acquisition of VGTL assets and look for other similar opportunities. Low floater real business and an exotic car lovers paradise.
