Thanks for chiming in. I think you are absolutely correct. That's hard for somebody to do and admit what you've done wrong so just for that alone his character is light years beyond most.

Definitely justifiable to be off your game during constant bashing and sabotaging of the call. He did a way better job than I could have ever done by keeping his cool and staying professional. He lasted a lot longer than I thought. My hat's off to Henry
